The price per ccf is competitive
The price per ccf is competitive. I don’t understand why your delivery fee is so expensive $99 seems high. The people in customer service. Are kind and informed.

Satisfied consumer
Dealing with IGS has been easy. They lay everything out for you to understand. I bundled with Com Ed & Nicor and I get a discount too. I've been with them for 14yrs, not even realizing. To renew is easy and the staff is very nice.

I was misled by the salesman that…
I was misled by the salesman that called who told me I would say 50% on my electric rate. It never went down and I have already discussed that with someone there at the company, but I’m still very displeased that I could be paying less with the current supplier, Ohio Edison than I am paying through you.
