I've been ordering from Il Makiage for probably a year or more. I love that customer service is ALWAYS responsive and quick to offer solutions. Returns and/or exchanges are quick and simple. I love their products and they actually work as they claim/advertise. I especially LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the firming plumping gel/cream. It really does work! I've also used many other of their products and they don't disappoint. On the rare occasion when I have had an issue (for example, foundation color match), they are quick to resolve the issue with no hassle. Definitely recommend. Shipping is extremely quick also!

They were GREAT at immediately helping me when I notified them my order hadn't arrived (I actually think it was my fault & my account still had an old address). They re-shipped it out to my new address (at no charge!) the same day I alerted them of the issue. 10/10 customer service!!! :)

The address that it actually is sending product to was incorrect, and I immediately noticed it and immediately wanted to action to find how to contact the company and get that changed. I'm glad I did it right away because they said that their orders shipped very quickly. And they were able to catch it before order was shipped. I'm so happy that they were able to do that. And get that fixed.

I contacted customer service about a broken concealer applicator brush. Since it had been 9 months since I purchased the concealer, they declined to send a replacement applicator. After I sent a 2nd request, they sent me an e-gift code to use on a new purchase rather than replace the concealer brush which was more than fair. I ordered a replacement and a new item to try! At the end of the day, I am happy with the result and I love their products! Customer service is important especially with online ordering.

The product was not a replacement for my current foundation sadly and decided to keep using what works BUT it is a good product and the customer support is amazing. I got free things for not even buying and disliking which is wild. Looking forward to trying the primer I ordered with the credit given. I did get a bonus item too that was their black liquid eyeliner and I really like it, especially the applicator tip.

I made sure my stuff arrived on time and the one thing that didn't they made sure to refund me and still get me another bottle of it so they did great. My shade was a little bit off but all in all I like the company and some of their products. It was worth the try before you buy

The offer said try before u buy only pay $6. Then was billed $48 and change and got a receipt for $48 and change so im confused on how the try before u buy pay only shipping works
