Easy sign up process
Easy sign up process. Asked to chat with human online and they responded quickly. Used the same company for a trip to Italy last years, but thus far haven't had to make any claims. Just hoping it will go as smooth if I need them!
Great but a glitch
Very great and intuitive website! HOWEVER: when choosing the date of the trip it repeatedly glitched to show only a two day policy vs the 90 days that I kept selecting. Refreshing didn't work, but leaving the website and going back through the intro information fixed it. Hope this helps!
