I live in Cyprus my daughter will study to the USA with athletic scholarship at Milligan University. Got some companies from the university and chose you as it was more clear the fact that you cover intercollegiate injuries. I wish i could chat with an assistant same moment as i am working on the application for answering my questions and check that i am doing the correct insurance with the correct coverage. It is a bit scary as i am far away and communication is not easy. However i did send an email but got no response.

I didn't know if the primary destination on a U.S. cruise was the US or the day trip we'll take in Grand Cayman. When a real person came on to reply, she let again before I could finish typing the question. Her name was Brittany.
Finding the right policy was somewhat…
Finding the right policy was somewhat challenging. I based decision on the disclosed information. The first choice said 55+ but it didn't say <65. Had the form half filled out be I was excluded. So chose the policy saying it was 65+. Again, filling out the form I was excluded again because I am carry insurance from my employer, not Medicare. Frustratingly, I had to call and talk to an agent. Fortunately, the form retained information from the first two attempts. A little more transparency would be appreciated.

Overall impressive service for travel health insurance
My husband and I travel for most of the year and have been choosing IMG as our travel health supplier for the last 3 years or so. Their products are very flexible and easy to administer, and policy details are clear and easy to find. The one time we've needed to claim, the online process couldn't have been simpler. The claimed amount was paid out within a few days. Very impressed.
