SCAM company. I would give them 0 if possible and am only adding so others know to stay away. Three months to get the product, that was not as advertised and purely garbage. Disputed with PAYPAL who said there is nothing they can do because I go the product. It doesn't matter that it will cost me more to ship it back that the items cost themselves.
ÀVOID I ordered lace up Mules on 4th June and on 6th Recived a tracking nimber staing package now in system, then tbat was it, no updates so messaged customer support afew times who said they had told courier to update, but nothing. Sounds like a sham company and I thought today do you know it dont seem like I am gonna get these so rang Paypal(Always cover yourself and pay through Paypal) who just issued a full refund straight away!!!!!
I ordered some bras through you using my bank account. However it went through PayPal which I don't use. Plus they charged me $8.51 more. PayPal returned the $8.51 and then took out $42.55 again. It should have been $34.05 according to the invoice. This is getting sickening. I wish that I never ordered from your company. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back. The person had me install PayPal and Coinbase. I finally had enough and hung up on him. Called my bank to cancel my card. Unfortunately they had already taken $250 out of my account. Now I have to sign a complaint against PayPal to try and get my money back. All I can say is that I think PayPal is nothing but a scam
Be VERY careful. Bought a swing dress. Delivered a month after purchase (which I expected but willing to wait) It came today and OMG its absolutely awful. Cheap material, extremely bad quality, Dress is more like a size 8, I ordered a 14. Nothing like the advert at all. Do not waste your money.
Bought two garments £94.06,two different sizes, same colour. Absolute trash!!!! Seams uneven, poor quality material. Very late response from this company which offered £10 and to keep the garments. I rejected the offer and again wanted full refund and return of the items.

I bought mini vacuum and the price is so expensive then I saw on other sites and it was totally cheap ,I am in contact true PayPal and trying to have at least half the price hope we came on an agreement.
Worse top ever! I made a better top than this when I was 11 in my first senior school year. Absolutely shocking material, cheap and nasty - nothing like the advert - the stitching is so poor and material gathered where it shouldn't be - its fit for nothing other than the bin! Have contacted them to ask for money back but I'm not going to hold my breath.

I ordered a green top and trouser set that looked smart in the advert. It looks cheap, flimsy nylon material, is badly sewn and far too small.
I completed the transaction and received the cost of the product doubled due to taxes. It was too late to back out because I already paid. I contacted Customer Support but no one got back to me.
This company is a scam !! Do not buy from them, they will take double the cost of your item and there is no way to contact them.

Not a scam but incredibly false advertising. I bought the A-10 minigun pencil holder. They advertised the item as heavy/sturdy metal and it ended up being cheap flimsy plastic. They also seem to use a fake shipping notification program, makes it seem as if the product is coming from Italy. After receiving the item I kept getting shipping updates days after.
I’d give them -1 if it were an option! Don’t buy anything from this company! I bought eye cream that ended up having snake venom in it. Caused serious eye problems and they would NOT refund the money. I bought 5 bottles, (for a deal) now I’m stuck with it! They offered me $10 to just keep it! Horrible customer service! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 2 x pairs of trousers. Firstly it took ages to receive my order and when it came it would have fitted a 10 yr old girl and not a fully grown size 14 female. I have tried emailing them to arrange a return but they keep offering me £3 to keep them. They are of no use to anyone
