I would give zero stars if this was an option. I ordered two swimsuits on 1st August and despite around 20 emails to the ‘24 hour customer shipping service’ they cannot say where the items are, state that the freight company haven’t updated the system and it is still ‘in transit’ on 9th October. They either use google translate or AI for their responses so am going to give up now. Wish I had checked this company out before I ordered but AVOID AVOID AVOID them at all costs. Absolute con and PayPal offer no resolution either.
I am a pensioner and I ordered a bra designed for older women on 27 Aug 2023 never received it. Cannot get in touch with this company. I usually check the reviews but the bra looked so right for me I didn't bother. That's my lesson learned. Never again.
Can't believe I didn't read the reviews before buying again when will I learn !!!! I brought a log splitter well it's absolutely useless so small you wouldn't need to spilt any thing that would fit into it !!!! It's total rubbish As usual no contact information to request a refund 😂 not that I would get one anyway. Another £30 lesson in read reviews 1st when late night shopping 🙈
Awful company, ordered and paid but never received, when I questioned it was told I could track delivery. I tried to do this but had to PAY to track it. They said I had taken delivery

I live in California, purchased a pair of pants for $39.98 and was charges $11.54 sales tax. CA tax is 10.75%. After emailing this company, they sent the following reply:
"We feel so sorry for your dissatisfaction. The additional charge was due to system error.
We credited this back to your original account. Please kindly wait 3 - 7 business days for the confirmation message from your bank. Hope you can accept it and take the order. Yours Sincerely, Customer Service."
After two more emails from me, there has been no response, no credited account, nothing.
I would prefer to give this Company no stars at all as they appear to be "scammers". Another name which may well be used is THIEVES. As this advert was on Facebook, I believed it was a reputable company. It's not. I ordered bra's on 10th September and kept checking the "Tracking", to see a very slow journey to a UK port. 🇬🇧 I would strongly advise everyone to avoid even glancing at any adverts from these scammers. The pathetic goods they sent me, which were delivered this afternoon - cheap rubbish - 5 hinged sunglasses in a round zippered case. Two of them. Am I angry? Am I upset? No, I am totally DISGUSTED at being ripped off by a Chinese company scamming and stealing from people. They were paid in total £32.43. I am a pensioner, I am disabled, and I do a lot of shopping online as I have mobility issues.
I bought 2 bras from this company. They both were poor quality, ill-fitting, seriously uncomfortable, and very expensive. So I asked for the refund. I was polite and friendly, and gave them all the details they requested. Then they asked for more details, which seemed ridiculous, but I obliged. After 12 emails back and forth, they then ignored me... No refund, no answer! Obviously they were stalling, so I would miss my dispute timeframe.
Stay away from this company there fraudsters. Purchased items here recently and was charged double and no free offers, impossible to deal with after they don't want to know. You have been warned.
Bought an item which wasn't as described I contacted them through email and got no response so I went through PayPal which is how I purchased the item. They kept offering me silly amounts but not the full amount, so I escalated a claim through PayPal and luckily for me I got a full refund. So be very mindful if you want to purchase from this company.
I placed 2 orders within a month because I liked the product which was exactly as described. Had no trouble receiving both shipments. PayPal pricing was exactly as advertised. I’m a true consumer reviewer, not a hack or a ploy. Sorry so many others didn’t have the good experience I had.

I ordered 3 Sets of portable punch tool and countersink bits only the countersink bits arrived and after several e mails containing pictures of my order received they say they delivered them we have claimed a refund through PayPal and we await their response I would never deal with this shower of gangsters again as long as I live there is not one good review so what does that tell you
Sent wrong goods,Quality not good kept saying my order was correct no refund asked me to send back after lots of emails keep saying they have done what they can but have done nothing no offer of sensible refund absolutely a poor company to deal with avoid at all cost.

I have not received my product that I ordered and they are willing to refund me 13 dollars for a 66 dollar item. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks and just after I purchased from them my bank account was comprimsed.Theives.
I bought a HD Camera with Memory Card. The camera doesn’t work or maybe the card. Found problem. I asked for return or compensate the card cost. But they replied me try to sell to my friend. Million sorry without any responsibility. I push them everyday but resulted sorry & sorry. I would say to the public not to buy any products from this company.
I ordered a mouth spray for dogs a few months ago and still haven’t received it. Was meant to cost 36 $ but they charged me over 50 $ with taxes. Tried to get a refund through PayPal but didn’t manage to. Customer service is a joke, they just tell me to check the tracking number (which shows me the item was sent back to Germany).
I ordered a garden kneeler with side pockets. I received 1 side pocket. I paid through PayPal after a couple of unsuccessful emails to inckwp, Co.,Ltd I put in a grievance with PayPal. They ended up siding with inckwp, Co.,Ltd because they proved that I received a shipment, which I did but it was not the garden kneeler fir $47.00 it was a little canvas pocket. So discussed with both PayPal. I asked them to just search there name and see that they are a scam. Lesson learned I guess!!!
