This company are total scammers. Do not use! They send out shoddy or faulty goods then offer you a fraction of the price for you to keep the goods as they say too expensive to return! Even PayPal can’t help because they take so long in answering you that the 28 days pass and PayPal then close the claim! They are scammers and know what they are doing! I can’t even contact them to continue my claim for faulty hair combs! Do not buy anything from them!
This company is a giant piece of garbage. They advertise what looks like a pretty nice useful item and then send you something that isn't even close to what they show. I bought an item for $75.74 and what I received was not in any way what was shown. It is their garage door wrap. It is absolutely useless. It is nothing more than a bed sheet with no attaching straps a shown in there ads. They want to issue me a $10 dollar credit which is not acceptable. Thank God I used PayPal and have some recourse to get my money returned. Beware of all their scam companies that they show up. They are all the same company. Do not buy anything from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered a knitted Christmas jumper and received some synthetic print of the design.
I order this Holiday Garage door mural. It was to have hardware to clip the top of the mural to the top of my garage door. All I received was 6 tiny plastic hooks and was told to nail it to my garage door. My garage door is metal I will not damage my door with these hooks that will not work. I demanded a full refund an was offered 3 dollars. I did not accept and I insisted on a full refund. Then I was offered 10 dollars. I still insisted on a full refund and was finally given the return address. This is the return address I was given: "No. 19, 2nd Road, Headquarters, Songshan Lake Park, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China". I'm not sure this is a real address. I'll keep you posted.
Sent for Christmas hoody. On advert looked lovely and fluffy with snowflakes etc. arrived made out of bulky synthetic material. Badly sewn and really misshaped. Cheap and nasty. Cost me £36. Not even worth £1. Avoid this company..
Ordered two Christmas fabric garage door hangings that video showed how to install U shape plastic clips to fit over top and bottom end of garage door, to hold to garage door top and bottom. They did arrive about 3 weeks after being ordered. But instead with 4 wire nails each on worthless tiny plastic hooks! I certainly do not want to hammer in 4 nails for every tiny hook into a nice metal covered garage door! Had they shown that, I never would of purchased!! Plus, no button holes nor loops either to hang this worthless hanging to something like that either!! I would give no stars for unable to hang up these items without damage to garage doors.
Advertised a beautiful flowy outfit in lovely see through fabric in a gorgeous colour. Received cheap thick bulky ugly fabric with the wrong cut an ugly shade of colour. TOTAL SCAMMERS -they make copies of nice outfits but cannot do so properly plus use inferior fabric charging $100 for a $5 unwearable outfit!! Then they have the audacity to want buyers to pay postage to return their rubbish inconveniencing buyers costing them time and money . They count on this knowing how much that will cost us they try to offer a ridiculous 5% refund and tell you to gift it to a friend!! None of my friends would ever wear such rubbish. Consumer law = product must be as described.. this is not as described not by a long shot!
I bought 2 heated combs from this company and both arrived eventually but neither work. Trying to get the company to re-inverse me is a joke. They just keep sending me round in loops to one person and another! They have even offered to pay me £3 for each comb even though they cost £12 each and I can keep the combs to pass on to someone else! What part of they don’t work don’t they understand? I would advise everyone not to buy anything from this company! They are rip offs.

In this Case i bought "Anxiety Bookshelf | Shake Away Your AnxietyBUY 2 (SAVE 10% & Free Shipping)." from the page : cookie-happyhours #2 The price was supposed to be 803 NOK or 71 USD. i got charged 161USD, asked to cancell the order after 1 hour of buying it, #3 then was offered a partial refund of 57USD that had to be agreed on before they shipped. so i asked then for a full refund or a partial 91USD refund. (They offer a full refund until shipping guarantee) They shipped it anyway and added a shipping insurance claim to the "refund" the package has yet to arrive and now im offered a 32USD refund out of 91USD owed. 1 week /7 days has passed since initial contact. Paypal insist i deal with the seller that i now know after a quick Google search are a scam company utelising numerous online stores to scam customers. THIS IS A SCAM buisness AVOID

Ordered an item beginning of October I got a lot of shipping text then I received about six tracking numbers but none of them worked kept contacting them via emails nothing works avoid this company luckily I payed with PayPal and I have now received a full refund.
Ordered a product, advertised online in September 2023. Received confirmation by email, paid via PayPal. Tracking details sent didn’t work. Raised a dispute via PayPal, they said item dispatched and would be received. PayPal accepted their story, closed the dispute. When nothing arrived in October, contacted PayPal again as unable to contact the company by email. Too late! Scammed.

Company absolutely refuse to give me a return address so that I can get a refund. I must have sent about 10 emails and each time they keep saying "give the item to a friend" or "we'll give you £1:00 compensation". I have reported them to PayPal, but doubt I'll get anywhere with them. Absolutely disgusting and tantamount to theft!
