Avoid - not helpful.
The product too small and flimsy quality! I measured exactly what was advertised and ordered the correct size according to my measurements, went over with my measurements to be on the safe side. Would not return or refund! I quoted consumer rights. They quoted to sell it on! What a waste of money and time. Avoid, don't waste your time with these rip off Facebook ads!
I have been mugged!
I ordered a roll of turf mat advertised on Terminologe which the video shows being unnrolled and watered. The picture shows a roll and it is sold in rolls. I ordered a roll to patch my lawn. It is described as 2min installation lawn seed. Imagine my surprise when a flat A5 bag arrived with a folded piece of felt, not the roll I had ordered. The company seems to think this is acceptable and have offered me £2 compensation and suggested I give it to a friend!. I have now gone back on the website, which deleted my review to find a notice stating that there are no seeds in the product due to the problem of international freight. Quite how they have removed the seed which is an integral part of the felt is beyond me. They have now added a size in red which was not there before.I now have a useless piece of green fabric. Their 100% money back and hassle free returns is not honoured. This company is a disgrace

Scam company- ordered shorts, increased the price agreed, and took from PayPal Never posted item and lied about doing so but unable to give tracking number. PayPal sorted refund AVOID

They apparently put the wrong address on my package and it was returned to them. They didnot make any attempt to rectify. The only address they had for me was the correct one. Now, They are not responding. Can't get it resent or a refund. Money gone, got nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

This company is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!!! Ordered a stained glass mushroom table lamp and looked great in the pictures, what arrived was a moulded plastic piece of junk, worth about £3.00 nothing near what was pictured or advertised, I'd expect to get this as a consolation prize for losing at the fairground, also advertised at $58 USD, they overcharged my account and charged $70 USD, yes £58.00, total robbing B******S, don't suppose I'll ever see my money back either, please don't go there with this company.

Shipped from a warehouse about 200 miles from the shipping address. Because they used the cheapest shipping possible the package was sent on a 15,000 mile journey. It has been over a month and 'm still tracking its progress. The company has not replied to any emails.
This is a really bad company
This is a really bad company. The items they sent did not and could not do what they were advertised for. Items cost £46 they offered me £6 and I could keep the items as they said “ it will cost a lot to send them back”. I paid with PayPal and I think PaPal should black list this terrible company. Please do not buy from them , they have no good reviews and are a scam company .
Crappy product
Crappy product - ordered a metal Two Spirit Trees Wall Art - it was portrayed as a metal circle and etched/cut of two trees holding a crystal moon and crystals around the circle but what arrived is a the metal cut with a fuzzy photo imprinted on the metal of the crystals. Tried the email on the paypal link but no response. Absolutely no way to contact them. Can't believe I fell for the scam. This deserves 0 stars.

I ordered a Garden Kneeler and all I got was a small green bag! What a disappointment this order has been! It was ordered more than one month ago, product stated shipped from USA but actually the item was shipped from Ireland! Was not received for Fathers Day as expected. Still haven’t received the Garden Kneeler as of July 10th yet I received notice that order has been delivered. All I have received for $47.45 is a little green cloth with pockets. This is a total scam! It’s too bad that PayPal works with such scammers as a payment option!

Option to give 0 stars not available. As with other reviews on this site, I feel, this company has defrauded me. I ordered through Facebook the Garden kneeler Pro Seat with choice of Bag A or B. Last week what I assume is the Bag B arrived. Contacted the company, response was that I was wrong and this was what I ordered, with copy of order?? This for the princely sum of $46.79 USD incl postage and taxes. Just raised as a dispute with PayPal seeking full refund. Avoid this company at all odds, providing they clearly identify themselves when advertising on Facebook, I didn’t see this name when ordering. I won’t be ordering ANYTHING through Facebook again. A shame as there are clearly genuine sellers on there. Facebook should be doing more to root out these shady companies.

Don’t even deserve 1 star ordered 2 dresses took a month to be delivered then they were not size I ordered material cheap and nasty nothing like described asked for return address and refund suggested I keep them and give them to a friend as a gift cheek !!! Would not refund and didn’t get back to me after that reported to my bank . It’s a scam was advertise under Solifyk and based at Glasgow not true came from America !
Portable Vacuum cleaner
Car Vacuum cleaner. This product could not suck up a 1cm strip of single ply tissue paper. It was advertised as having strong suction, and with reverse function also, however it does not blow at all. It is cheaply made and very poor quality. NOTHING like it was advertised. First contact through customer service support, I was offered 11.2USD and to keep the items. ( I had purchased 2 as a deal). Was told if I returned the items it would cause trouble for this support worker with the company but they would pay part of the refund/ compensation from their own wages. I call rubbish!!! Lodged a dispute with PayPal. Contact made with inckwp....I was told it would cost alot to return items to China, after much haggling they offered $20 and keep the items. The items are rubbish and not worth the postage to return, but it has become a matter of principle. I want a full refund of purchase price $69.47.

I ordered 1 ounce silver eagle coins and they are fake. Since they claim that they are US legal tender this would be counterfeit money.

Order never delivered. PayPal are investigating. Will update result. The company sent me a tracking email which I kept checking. The last message stated the item had arrived in the UK. The email then vanished from my outlook account. Disgraceful.
