I’ve been using their servers for Pal world 1.0 for over a week with zero issues. My girlfriend is currently overseas and still gets respectable ping. They offer easy discord integration and simple configuration settings. Most of the negative reviews I’ve read have to do with issues stemming from player surges (game releases or updates) and aren’t exclusive to Indifferent Broccoli. The two day free trial is also quite nice.

Had an issue with my server transfer from a different host and they were able to help me out with troubles! Support can take an hour or so to respond but are very friendly and helpful! Sam was great to talk to and easy to understand. Service and Price is great!

No one provides even remotely decent service anymore. There is no customer service. they force you to use discord and then good luck getting anyone and you get heckled while seeking help. the service is adequate as long as you do not have a problem, but the moment you have a problem you are better of just deleting your server and starting over.
