Great Support Service
I wanted to move my server off my machine and onto a dedicated service. Went on their dedicated Discord server and asked a few question, which got answered almost immediately from the community. So I went and tried a free trial option, to which I got an error saying they were out of server space. Sent a ticket in on their Discord, mentioning the error. One of their administrators said they were working on upgrading. Asked when they were planning, and I got a reply shortly after saying they got more space allocated for us. And to try again, which it worked! I really love the function where you can split the cost for hosting with other players. And that you are paying per player, not per memory usage. So the price is pretty fair, especially with more players. Overall, a very humanizing experience in a world where there is a lack of it every day. Can't wait to try out the Discord integrated bot to check on the server without logging in as well!

Amazing Support Saved Our Game Night!
We use Indifferent Broccoli to host a Palworld server for our group of friends, and their support tonight was incredible. Our server went down and would not come back online despite multiple restart attempts. I submitted a support ticket at 7:45 PM, received a personal response within two minutes, and our server was back online by 8:00 PM. They even followed up to let me know they were there to help if it went down again. When you have friends in different time zones who have all planned a specific night to play together, server issues can be incredibly disappointing. Thanks to Indifferent Broccoli’s quick response, our game night was not impacted at all. I truly appreciate the fast, personal, and reliable support!

Gonna sound paid for just a warning lol. I have actually been a customer with them for years and would probably work for them if I could because that’s how much I really appreciate the team. It was a rough start at first but they were adamant and honest. I am a palpocalypse survivor and only the OGs will get that reverence and because of that I now have a lifetime discount that I plan to use to its fullest extent they well paid for their mistakes and I wouldn’t want anyone else. PS the customers are evolving and that’s a little joke for just the indifferent team that I hope they will understand.

Best support and performance I've had with a gaming server provider
The support team is quick and ready to help troubleshoot issues and remediate. Twice I've brought an issue and it was resolved within 6 hours of the ticket being created. One was a bit more complicated around modding performance for a game and another one was noticing the underlying UE4SS modding framework was a few updates behind. Both were quickly addressed and I ended up with better performance than I started with. Additionally, Indifferent Broccoli is competitively priced, often cheaper for competitors as they allow lower minimum players. Uncapped CPU/Ram is also a great benefit. Overall, highly recommend.
