The sauna quality is low
The sauna quality is low, the customer service and warranty quality is pretty high. We had to have our sauna replaced once as it was leaking water, even when covered with a sauna cover. Then the company was kind enough to replace the sauna with a new one. That one leaked, the door wouldn't mantain its seal and the holder that carries the iphone often gets stuck. They replaced a couple panels, but not the third that also leaked. Overall the quality just isn't there, the reason they're getting two stars is the customer service is probably worth 4 -5 stars but how do you love a product that just isnt very good??

The whole crew was great! It took me a few weeks to decide but From Ryan in sales to Quin who did some service work, everyone was wonderful to deal with and very informative!! Beautiful product. I purchase the outdoor 5….what a unit!! We love it. Great company, Great product. Great customer service. I never waited more than a day for any response or info that I needed. Thank you Clearlight!

I love this clearlight sauna. It was delivered earlier than expected. Easy to assemble. I had a tech problem with main control panel not working. Called them and they sent me a new panel next day! Amazing customer service. Spa gets hot super fast. I use it all the time. Love it!

Betty from Sales was so helpful with my questions about our sauna. This is the first time we have ever purchased one and her help/knowledge and patience was incredible. I did research on sauna companies and Clearlight was always coming up as a very good sauna. Now that we have, the quality is fantastic. It was so easy to put together and now my wife and I are enjoying. All our friends love it as well!
