I tried to use this service yesterday 9/1/2026. I asked repeatedly are they sure that a mechanic would come and install a break master cylinder. And blead the break system
They ensured me I was in good hands. Was happy to pay the $1000+ bill. My appointment window was from 11am to 11pm. I got a text at 640pm saying my mechanic would be here shortly. At 7, 8, 9, 10, I called to check in, only got voice mail, no person to talk to, at 11pm I called them and thanked them for taking me away from my wife and kids for a day and then never bothering to call or text. Just no show.
This is an amazing business model, let's take money and then not speak to the customer again.........
If I can give a negative rating and file charges , I would. The mechanics in arizona that are connected with this company are thieves and criminals. I was lied to by every employee. I paid 1k and then the next day after I set up my appointment they canceled my appointment and said I had to pay 450 more and then for 4 weeks they kept lying and telling me the mechanic would be here in 45 minutes of a couple hours or they had to reschedule to get the right part and or they already had the part , the mechanic is going to buy the part. Petty back and forth childish wicked incompetent games from wicked spirited serpent individuals. They are all liars and con artists that receive God's wrath eventually unless they repent and seek after the Lord.
Mechanic was supposed to show up between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm today was told he could not make it but would tomorrow so I cancelled and they want to charge me $110.00 and I said no way and told my credit card not to pay. After looking at their reviews I am glad that I did.
I called and made an appointment through customer service. When the appointment window I was given and no mechanic showed up and did not contact me. So I called to cancel my appointment I did not want to reschedule because it seams like a scam. The customer service office did not want to cancel the appointment or refund the money that I was charged but was told I would not be charged until services were redeemed. They refused to cancel and refund the money that they should not have taken. This is a total scam . PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THAT IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. I called four times and they still refuse to cancel and refund the money. I would give 0 stars if I could
The tech done exactly what I ask him to do. The representative I talked to said the tech was not gonna be paid because I ask him what the company would charge to swap motors. I didn't try to get the tech to work for me on the job. The rep was very uncomfortable professional with the tech.
Found an issue I wasn't aware of and let me know quickly. Thankfully not a massive headache of an issue like I thought so very glad for the timely diagnosis.
The technicians were friendly and worked quickly. When they arrived they got right to work.
We struggled with the booking process. Had several days when we were waiting around and not hearing anything until the last minute. The final day they called and asked why we had canceled the service when we hadn't done that.
