Its great that I don't have to worry…

Its great that I don't have to worry about going out to buy paper and look for the right ink cartridges. I don't even have to think about it, these things just turn up before I run low. I'm sure I save money in the long run but a regular monthly payment coming out from my meagre pension hurts a little.

Good service with ink being delivered…

Good service with ink being delivered when required. However my delivery of paper has stopped for some reason. Haven’t had any paper for several months. Cannot find a contact number to use to talk to someone. This is highly frustrating.

I I don't seem to have received a new ink…

I don't seem to have received a new ink this year. My printer says I am low on coloured ink and I don't have any spare. I keep getting messages saying replacements are coming, but they never arrive.
