I had the use of two advisers
I had the use of two advisers, both were professional & explained what was happening . The last advisor named Faith , was absolutely amazing & patient as a 64 year old with very limited technical skills it was paramount that this was adhered to .
Nothing was too much trouble For Faith . It was very time consuming more on my part. Faith was very knowledgeable & fixed the issues as there were many twists and turns of what the problem was and different ways of solving it . Massive thank you to both & would 100% recommend your service & support.

I like the automatic delivery of ink before the one in use has run out. The service is good. It is a bit expensive but worth it. I hope the price will not go up or it will not be so attractive.
On the negative side: There seems to be no easy access to a query by email. One has to ring up and go through a lot of faff to speak to someone. Not so good. Also, last time the price went up, I was not asked, the price just went up. It would be polite to ask!

My experience of instant ink has been very good, as it was with our HP4500 inkjet printer. The problem lies with the current 6000 series printer itself as it keeps going into hibernation, failing to print, then when we get it to work again it spews out multiple copies, thus eating into our per page allowance. A problem we never had with the 4500 printer prior to its demise.

Avoid this program
My wife signed up for the HP Instant Ink program because she was printing a lot for work. She no longer works for that company, so I canceled the HP Instant Ink program.
Now HP is claiming the account was not canceled and is holding my printer hostage over a $13 balance. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service trying to resolve the issue. The representative’s solution was basically “pay it and we will unlock your printer.”
I offered to pay the amount, but then I was told additional fees had been added and the amount was higher.
At this point, I have an expensive printer that I cannot use because HP has locked it. My advice: skip HP’s subscription programs and just buy your ink and paper from places like Best Buy or Office Depot. Avoid signing up for HP Instant Ink unless you are comfortable dealing with this kind of situation.

Do not sign up to this
Avoid. I would give it zero if I could. Waste of money. When you cancel they still want another month's money, and disable the cartridges you've just received before that. Been paying for a year, had 2 cartridges and another just arrived, 1 black which won't be used.

Thank you for your feedback. Instant Ink is a printing plan, not a cartridge purchasing service. If you cancel, the Instant Ink cartridges will stop working at the end of your final billing cycle, and you will be billed for your final payment. At that time, you can insert store-bought HP cartridges from your preferred retailer to keep printing. The printer itself is unaffected by the subscription cancellation but, if still installed, the Instant Ink subscription cartridges will not function.

Worst service ever
I bought an HP Envy 6120e printer and I can't use it; it constantly stops printing. I received error message after error message, and then, randomly, it would connect and work for a while, seemingly without any logic. I followed all the recommendations on the support page, including deleting it from the app and restarting the setup, but it won't configure and is now unusable. It can't connect to Instant Ink even though I PAY A LOT to be subscribed. I also wasted HOURS of my life trying to get this printer to work. I can't get in touch with anyone in customer support; there's no human assistance available. Don't buy it and don't subscribe to Instant Ink+, it's a waste of time and money.
