Nancy Venneman who lead the renewal for Intrepid was on top of things at all times. She was prompt, fully informed and quite pleasant to deal with. Any changes in the renewal premiums were fully and logically explained.

They really made the process very simple. In a world full of over complicating things it was nice to deal directly with knowledgeable people without requiring 11 email chains. The portal seems to be just as user friendly as well. Not to mention they had the best quote for my business needs. I recommend at least talking to them and getting a quote before making a decision.
