Always very responsive and quick to respond. Always very good about explaining options etc. Portal is easy to use and allows reporting and information on our time. For the claim we have had, the person is very experienced and willing to advocate for us. By cutting out the middle man it continues to be a great value for us.

Too hard to find a way to pay. I don’t find a place to create a user or login? No phone to help but claims and they could not help !🙈
