Lighting fast shipping, seems to be built with quality in mind. Planning on using it this weekend to power my trolling motor on my 8 ft beaver tail sneak boat. Looking forward to seeing how it does.

It took 13 days from the time I ordered to the delivery date. Totally unacceptable. There were several+ trucking companies involved instead of one. Shipment was delayed for 5 days in Phoenix before shipment. Was offered a discount but never received?????

This is hands down the best battery I have ever purchased. So much so, that I have two in my boat. The 125ah smart edition is a great product backed by a great company. Even when I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing they were prompt in the return and refund process.

Batteries are working fine, only complaint that I have is the batteries were so low on charge that they needed to be activated. The support department wasn't very helpful, they wanted to sell me a special charger to do it. Asked for help on-line and was informed of an easy way to do it without spending more money. But I am happy with the batteries.

The communication has been great. I wanted to return the batteries to upgrade from the 100 amp to the 125 amp to give me more time fishing and trolling. They worked with me to get them exchanged and very pleased with how they did it.

We purchased 8 Power Queen batteries less than 2 years ago. The company advertises a lifetime of up to 15,000 cycles, yet 4 of our batteries are already showing severe capacity loss and are literally coming apart at the seams after fewer than 800 cycles. Although Power Queen claims to offer a 5-year warranty, they refused to replace the defective batteries or issue a full refund when we contacted them. Between the poor build quality, misleading cycle-life claims, and lack of meaningful warranty support, this has been a very disappointing and costly purchase. There are far more reputable battery brands available on Amazon and many are even more affordable — I would strongly recommend avoiding Power Queen.
Quick to ship out. Time will tell how they work out.
