First lithium 24v battery ever!!! I was so shocked and pleased with this product.. I used it 3 days straight no charging in between and it was still full on my 80lb i pilot trolling motor battery meter...100% recommend this product and company..

I was pleased with my purchase. How ever i emailed customer service to change some on my order in plenty time before item got shipped. Same day and a couple different emails .Zero response for 2 days. So 4 stars and not 5. My order could have been corrected before it was shipped had your customer service been on top of there game. Power Queen was able to answer questions about charge controller settings and provided support needed. The battery replaced a Lead acid battery that was failing. So far the Power Queen battery is performing flawlessly.
