The service or technical support of this product is not good. You cannot call a one 800 number all you get is music. I suspect it's out of the United States. I had a problem with a new battery they sent me with the battery monitoring system shut down. After 48 hours, they gave me some technical advice to get it back up and running. That did not work. Then I went on ChatGPT and took their advice and I got it running again. We will see how long it lasts, although it shuts down again.
