Perfect for my 24v trolling motor. Charges really fast and 75% lighter than 1 of my lead accidents batteries and I had 2 of those. Have gone fishing twice now and fished 8-10 hours using the trolling motor with the Power Queen battery and surprisingly still had 75% juice left.

I actually contacted you. The guy told me one set and I kind of explained to him. I might need it the last couple of days. So he hooked me up with the bigger battery. Very happy. Easy to install. Just have to wait a couple months before I can use them because everything's frozen solid!

I am less than a week into the installation of my Group 27 Power Queen batteries, but they are great so far. The price was better than getting a good AGM for direct replacement and the weight savings in my Sprinter-based Class C RV was significant. PQ customer service answered several emails I sent in a timely matter. Overall, right now I am very pleased. They will get a real test over the next three weeks with boondocking in the AZ desert.

I purchased 2 12v 125ah lithium batteries, along with a charger. They arrived fine, both were charged at 30% and 40%. I got them charged to 100% and installed them. Everything was working fine. Went to check them the next day and I noticed they weren’t charging. Went out the next day and they were at 20% and still not charging. I ent an email to customer service to see if they had any idea. No response. The third day went to check they were in standby mode and still discharging. I cycled the master switch and disconnected the batteries to try and get it out of standby mode. Nothing worked. Called customer service and they had me do the same thing again several times, still nothing. Took them out and tried to wake them with the charger and still nothing. By this time they had discharged to 1%. I asked for a return label and refund for everything. They received the batteries and charger on 12/15/2025, refund was to be within 3 business days. I called them about the refund on 12/19/2025. They were sending a ticket on it. I received notice on 12/21/2025 that my refund would be issued in two business days. On 12/24/2025 I called them and sent an email that I still haven’t seen my refund. I received an email on 12/25/2025 stating they have refunded the money and I would need to contact my bank. Now they haven’t sent me anything to go to the bank with like a transaction number. Most of what they sent me was blurred out so I’m not sure what they are doing. I will keep after them but don’t trust them if your thinking of buying from Power Queen. I did finally get the refund from them. I still wouldn’t recommend there product.

Paid for a battery long delays no updated tracking and then when received I got sent an empty box no battery. And waiting for this to get resolved now. I am hoping I get a replacement or my money back.
