Ordered a product on June 17th. On that day, I was notified that the product was sent to USPS for transport and given a tracking number and my credit card was charged. As of July 2nd I have not received the package and no one can tell me where it is.

Too soon to tell if the results will be…
Too soon to tell if the results will be positive. Only into the third use since receiving the irestore. However, first observation is, attaching the mask too tightly is fairly painful on the nose. Other than that, comfortable.

Had my original unit for over 2 years and have had good results! It stopped working and I contacted customer service as it was still under warranty. I was assisted by Wil through the process. He responded quickly and it was determined it needed to be replaced. He was so helpful, efficient and friendly. It went so smooth and I received a new one in days!

Great products w/real results
I purchased 3 different products from irestore site. Other than products being really on the very expensive side in general my experiences were good. Ordering is easy, shipping is smooth, products are very good. Even my husbands bald head started to grow fuzzy hairs. I wish after being on the market long enough & establishing a name, their prices were a bit better. I live in 4 different states & depending on where i go i always carry the gadgets. If they were a bit less expensive, i would have bought separate sets for all my homes.
