Excellent workmanship, fit, and the fabric
[update] I have been a regular customer over the past 4 years or so, and I have found the quality of the workmanship, fit, and the fabric to be excellent. While I did encounter a bit of a communication / time zone problem, I have to give this company top marks for resolving that issue, which is good enough reason all by itself to recommend iTailor. Stuff happens in this technological world, so the human element is truly valuable.

I needed to have a suit makeover
I had major surgery in February of 2025, it changed the shape and size of my abdomen, I had many custom made suits but couldn’t wear them anymore, being a pastor of a church I had to get shirts and suits to wear. I just couldn’t go to any shop and purchase a suit, I heard about ITailor, was a little reluctant at first to buy on line but it is one company that speaks truth to power. They delivered exactly what I wanted, a quality designed suit, since my first initial order, I have ordered 6 suits and at least 4 jackets. I Always use Ning and the tailors as I am tall and wide. The customer service is second to none. Just ordered a suit for a wedding and I sent wrong measurement, so my fault not a production error. Ning has kindly arranged to make a new pair of trousers free of charge as a curtesy . I wouldn’t shop for shirts or suits anywhere else 5 Star treatment and quality.

Ordered a double breasted jacket and some shirts. These were ordered at a trunk show and I was measured by a tailor, the fit is perfect! The quality of the material is very good, itailor gold offer the best cloth, but the regular material is excellent. The service I received was first-class, small problems were dealt with promptly and professionally. I shall be buying all my suits, jackets and shirts from this company. I recommend itailor. I have ordered clothes from Savile Row and other places, I can honestly say itailor is up there with the best. Choose material wisely and be accurate with the measurements, you'll not be disappointed.
I've had several suits and shirts made
I've had several suits and shirts made. The last two pair of pants they contained to make them too short and wanted me to do to much to remedy the situation. Even though I like their quality, I will look elsewhere for suits and shirts. On 5/8/2026 I've spoke to the owner and he assured me that itailor would fix my problem. I appreciate them replying promptly. I has given me trust to continue to purchase my clothing needs from itailor. Thank you.

Update after an issue with fitting: The suit arrived and wasn't perfect. The owner reached out to me directly and got us taken care of. I was a little hesitant to buy online, but reviews convinced me otherwise. When the suits were not quite right, they did everything to make it right. Was very impressed that an online shop would have better customer service than my town brick and mortar shop. Original review... Bought a suit from itailor for a wedding. We did all the measurements a little big so we would have room to move, etc. The good: - the fabric was okay and the stitching seemed to be good too. - inexpensive (assuming it’s a good fit or else it’s a massive waste of money) The bad - they were too tight despite a loose measurement - suit coat was too short - zero customer service….tried to contact multiple times and zero response (EDIT: their response went to my spam, so I didn't see it until the owner reached out to me directly and then I looked in my spam and saw the original reply to customer service). Bottom line. Stay away, spend $100-200 more with a local company and be happy with your suit. Never again.

I can no longer recommend them
I've been a longtime itailor customer, but I can no longer recommend them for several reasons. The quality of the cotton has deteriorated. They charge high shipping costs for individual packages, but then they always arrive in a single package without even a single internal wrapping. This is very serious, in my opinion, because they're trying to cheat the customer. Shipping times have become very long (almost two months). They don't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages. I don't recommend them. It's a shame because they used to be good tailors.
