Bad start - great outcome. (see Update 2)

Following my initial 1-star review, Bob, the owner of iTailor, contacted me directly and kindly offered to remake both shirts, free of charge, while consulting with me on fit and standards.
Both shirts have now been remade and delivered, and fit perfectly.
So why only 4-stars? Well, the service I received following my complaint was exemplary - 5 stars. But it's only fair to knock one star off for the fact that there was an issue in the first place, and that Bob had to intervene to get it right.
Overall though, I am very satisfied with the final product and the excellent customer service I received. I appreciate Bob's willingness to address my issues and ensure that I received the quality shirts I expected. On the strength of that, I will use i-Tailor again. Hopefully, my next order will be right first time.

**Original Review**
Having previously bought over 25 shirts from iTailor in the past, I stopped buying for a while as I felt the prices were going up but the quality was going down.
After a few years not buying anything, I decided to give them another try.
I ordered two shirts, identical in every way except for the fabric choice.
Although the measurements were exactly the same on both shirts, one of them fits fine around the neck, while the other is a good 4-5cm too short to do up the button. Also, they seem to have forgotten how to do a band collar as both of them flap around forward and upwards of where the collar should sit.
For a £80 shirt (with shipping) this is unacceptable.
As a final bad mark, both shirts arrived in the same package, but I was charged shipping twice.

Updated: Best customer service on the market
UPDATE
If you would like to know what "white glove service" feels like, this is it. I have seen a lot of feedback from Bob on reviews here, and I though, this is standard marketing fluff. This couldn't be further from the truth.
After my 3 star review here, Bob has reached out to me via What's app and did all he could to legitimately understand what caused even the slightest dent in my experience. Then proceeded to re-make the shirt taking all of it into account.
If you saw my main concern was fabric choices. The new shirt had them all fully addressed. And alongside the shirt Bob has sent out a dozen fabric samples for future orders. I have never felt like a VALUED CLIENT as much as I did in his care. This is a company that actually cares about it's clients and is interested in retaining them.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
I got a custom shirt with them. Did the custom measurements and the fit is good. I have 3 complaints (one of which I knew upfront):
1. The fabric is very thick, the thickest of any shirt I own, as a result it comes out very very wrinkly after the wash and doesn't straighten out with a bit of time like all my other shirts do.
2. The buttons are sewn in so tight, that it's difficult to button the shirt up.
3. The accent fabric selection is lacking. There are no interesting patterned accents. Barely anything to pick from.
Unless they change fabric selections will not buy again.

I had two custom shirts made by them so…
I had two custom shirts made by them so far. Inexpensive. They are responsive and quickly resent one shirt out that was only an inch too long (I would have had the hem taken in localy, but they offered to replace it).
I love the customized bespoked shirts. Keep in mind the turn around time is a month as they're in China. Oh, also maybe add half an inch or so to your measurements to accomendate for shrinking in the wash.
If I had one criticism that is one of the premium white shirts I received from them is a little thin- material is nicely textured, all cotton, but a little thinner than I would like (and I'd be happer to pay few dollars more for a heavier weight- this was their top tier) Don't know if the other premium white fabrics are thicker or if I just selected a thin, summer-weight fabric by mistake. Maybe the fabric weights are listed.
Anyway they're legit and I'd order again.

If you love getting phone calls……
The shirt I ordered was a nice fit and exactly what I wanted. However, the two stars is for the constant bombardment of phone calls. I use call screening so they don’t get through to me. I block the number then lo and behold a new number calls. There’s no option on their website to select to not be contacted or to delete the account. Take the hint iTailor! If i want to order anything else I know how to find you.

Excellent shirts with a wide range of customisation. Easy to use website.
I am very particular about my shirts, and started buying from iTailor with high hopes. The fabric is of superb quality, as are collar and cuff linings, and they withstand washing well, though if you want your collars to remain wrinkle free I would advise asking them to use stiffer lining. Fit is excellent both before and after washing (I sent measurements from an existing shirt rather than measuring myself), and so is craftsmanship. Their software for ordering is excellent, user friendly and offers a wide range of custom choices compared to competitors. Even better, they are willing to accommodate requests beyond what their software will allow. email communication was unreliable at first, but in recent months Ning has always responded very helpfully and within hours.
There are a few minor negatives. Colour rendering on the website is poor – remember to click on the fabric icon for a close up photo. Threads seem more prone to shrinkage than those of competitors, leading to puckering, which is avoidable given the quality of everything else.
If you are careful with your measurements and their software can accommodate your choices, you won’t be disappointed. UK prices have increased very considerably this year but remain reasonably competitive, and the 5-6 week delivery window is not unreasonable given that goods come from Thailand. Delivery has always been within the promised time.
On balance, my nine iTailor shirts are the best I’ve ever owned, even by comparison with British custom makers, and I shall certainly be buying from them again.

It's a hard review to write because…
It's a hard review to write because their customer service has been prompt and professional. I would give it 5 stars.
However, getting the correct fit has been a real struggle and not worth the squeeze. I came to itailor because I do not like "skinny fit" clothing so I wanted to be able to have proper fitting pants that do not create a gigantic moose knuckle in the c&otch and plumbers crack in the back. The first pair of pants were left outside on the sidewalk and were taken by a passerby(I am in a large city). Customer service was prompt and helpful replacing them quickly and asked for signature required as I requested. The second pair arrived and they were tailored incorrectly. The waist was 2" too small, the thigh was too tight and the c*otch was "skinny pant" proportion(10"-11") even though I checked Classic Fit. Customer service was prompt in asking me to do a full measurement. The pants arrived and they almost fit now. The waist is fine(but still 1/2" shorter than requested) Same with the thigh opening. My biggest complaint is that I asked for the c*otch to be 14" and it is again somewhere between 10" and 11". It's horrible. First off, skinny pants went out of style a few years ago. Secondly, mens pants should never have a short c*otch for obvious reasons. If you are a man and want low slung pants that sit on your hip and ride up your sack when you sit down, you should be the one that has to request something special. A 10" to 12" inseam should not be the standard in the Classic Fit category. At this point I am exhausted by the process and feel bad asking for yet another tailoring. There just doesn't seem to be a good reason why the tailor keeps coming up short on the requested dimensions. (The fact that the review wouldn't go through because I used the word c&otch which is both Itailor's term and the general excepted term in tailoring for that measurement kind of sums up the shortcomings of Itailors current website and ordering process.
