I was having difficulty navigating the I trust Capital website and linking my bank acct . It was not letting me get passed certain phases. I called the number and got Jonathan Kim to help assist me . Chris Rojas was great. iTrustCapital now allows in-kind transfers out of their Premium Custody Accounts (PCA), and I wanted to see how the process worked. Instructions were simple, and Chris was great to work with. I've been with iTrustCapital for several years now, and the customer service has always been very responsive. Highly recommend!!!
I called iTrustCapital support to ask if one of their team members could help walk me through a crypto transfer from Coinbase to my iTrust PCA. Ayrton helped me and he provided excellent customer service!! He was very patient and gave clear directions that were easy to follow. The service that Mr. Jett Bonne provided for me was priceless. I inquired about transferring some of my crypto to currency into iTrust Capital but had never done it before. He held my hand, of course not literally, and walked me completely through the process. He called me twice to be sure that each transfer made it to my account. I now understand much better, how transferring crypto currency is done and I feel complete confident and empowered to be able do it on my own. Before ending the call, he made sure that I had his personal cell and assured me that if I needed him that he was available. Stellar service in my mind and eye!

The one negative thing I will say about Itruistcapital is they have not been able to master a "limit buy." I can put a conditional buy in on this platform and one on Uphold. Uphold always fills at the correct price. Itruistcapital is ALWAYS higher than your conditional price. Yes, you click the box you understand, but why offer something you always fill higher and can't ever fill at your clients price? If other platforms can do it correctly, why can't this platform? Especially since the price is always higher never under your conditional buy.
