I am fairly new to crypto and decided to make a large transfer from my cold wallet to my custody account. The test transaction went through extremely quick but the bulk transaction did not. Fearing I made a mistake I called the support team. Romeo was happy to help me and assured me that it sometimes takes up to half an hour for larger transfers to post. I was contacted by ITrustCapital after I opened an acct online with them. The customer service rep let me do the talking 1st, to learn what I needed. He gave me a brief example of what type of accounts they have. As I am very new to Crypto, I had alot of questions about how to trust that it was actually truly ITrustCapital that was contacting me. He told me I can always call their number directly, and ask for anyone, but he would send me a text, with his name and link. He also told me what the name of the account I wanted to open is named. I am still feeling a bit confused, about how this all works, but I need to have my son with me while I am opening and funding this account, to be sure im doing my due diligence in knowing exactly where my money is going. I am so new to crypto, and im concerned, because there are crypto schemes, and false web sites, and all I've known is traditional banking. Last year I got a phone call from my credit union, from their correct phone number, but quickly learned even though my phone recognized it as my bank, it was not my bank, and take scammer had piggybacked onto my banks phone number. I did notice a weird emblem next to my credit unions number on my phones recent calls. That was my only clue, other than the caller not sounding as professional as my credit union. The representative from ITrustCapital said if im worried in any way just call ItrustCapitals listed phone number, directly. And also I can open and fund online if I'd like, I was told.
