Iweiyi China Florist has always delivered on their orders in the time frame requested. China in general performs much more reliable in services than any other nation. US service companies operate like children in comparison to the Chinese way of business. Said by an objective American. The US should learn from China's accomplishments. What could be a bit more fair could be the pricing. If I were in China paying for flower delivery, the costs would obviously be significantly more affordable however, we pay for the convenience of ordering from overseas.
I did not include the phone number, but you chased for it and delivered it to the home address after you tracked it through the phone number, that was impressive!

I was wondering though why the sender name was not mentioned to the recipient, which made the recipient having second thoughts if she should accept the delivery.
Bear was completely different to pitcure. It had happy birthday on it for Valentine's day. Roses where perfect. Some fruit was spoiled. All in all. Except for flower. Everything else wasn't even great
I ordered the day before and delivery was made the day after. The product was like on the picture, my friend was really happy with her flowers.

No updates on delivery status, they didn't tell the recipient who sent the flowers so the recipient thought it was a wrong delivery, and they did not deliver a postcard despite asking me to write a message that I want on the postcard. Poor service
