Cake delivered to my friends in Chongqing. They loved it and was very impressed I managed to order a cake to their office from New Zealand. Good service as very hard otherwise to send gifts from outside China.
I was amazed at how quickly the deliveries could be delivered. Our client absolutely loved the gift basket! The quality and design are wonderful. I forgot to add a gift message after processing the purchase and used the chat function on the website to ask if a gift message could be added to the order. The parcel was delivered to the address as specified by the recipient had not received the flowers until I had to ask her whether she had received them because they were left at the concierge without her confirming receipt. It would be great to be able to have the recipient to confirm the delivery.
The ordering experience through Iweiyi is very good. They do need to fix their hyperlinks to better so you can make it faster to fix addresses. The customer service while not available in the phone responds quickly and will assist you in the correct formation of the address. They are very good overall. Would definitely recommend.
They deliver accurately and on time every time. The website needs a bit of improving. There is always confusion with billing addresses versus shipping addresses.
