TLDR: beautiful nightgown, insane import fees.
Upside: The nightgown is absolutely lovely and has become my heatwave uniform in and out of the house and, were it not for the crappy shipping and lack of transparency, I’d probably order 3 more in a heartbeat.
Downside: They charged me 22$ for shipping (to Canada), did not advertise anywhere on their website or in any confirmation email that there would be import fees upon receipt (the fees were an additional 70$…quite excessive). Then, they did not share my email address with UPS to ensure I would get updates on the shipment, therefore I was never informed that it was out for delivery nor that there were fees to pay. I found out for myself when I went on the tracking website and it was about to be returned to sender.
LOVE THE NIGHTGOWNS AND PJS... I AM MENOPAUSE AND I NOTICED IMMEDIATELY - NO LONGER HOT AND HUMID WITH WEARING THESE COTTON BREATHABLE PJS. WHAT A DIFFERENCE IN MY SLEEP. I LOVE THE PJS - SO BEAUTIFUL AND SOFT!!!
I’m writing this a second time. Not sure if the first one went through. You’ve been great even though we had a problem with the credit card ending in 6885. Your email said the order was shipped but on what payment? Last night I got an email from Cathy Deale saying she would contact me today with a new link for payment. I haven’t heard from her yet. Did Chase honor the payment even though I shut the card down?
Amazing quality! I had a little matching set with my daughter and the fabric is lovely! I love the detailing each piece has! If fabric content is everything to you like me, you will love their items
I’m in my late 20’s and it never occurred to me to get myself a bathrobe. I never thought of it as something that would make a difference on my routine, happily proven wrong. The quality of Jacaranda’s bathrobes is unmatched. I get out of the shower and I’m comfortably wrapped and dried and cozied up immediately. No chance for the cold air to make me tense up. This is an investment for wellness!
The product is prettier than pictured. It has gotten difficult to find hand embroidered towels. Although the towels are slightly higher in price the quality of Jacaranda embroidered towels are so much more beautiful. I had a small concern and contacted customer service. My question was answered immediately. I am glad to support a small and growing business.
I just had my third baby and have been living in my Jacaranda gown and robe! This is my third piece and I am just always blown away at the quality and detailing!! They have been the perfect lightweight pieces!! A customer for life!
I'm so sorry your package is delayed, Lawrence. Tracking is showing it is out for delivery today, I believe the USPS delays to FL addresses were caused by the hurricane disruptions.
I assure you we do not do any fake advertising or try to mislead anyone in any way. We will gladly replace the nightgown if it has gone missing in the postal system.
Your website sometimes is difficult when you open one specific thing it is difficult to go back to where you were or if you enlarged it to look at it better. Your products are fantastic
