One, change is hard. So I love the way Jade use to be. It help me understand the code where thing are located. The question came after read the two paragraphs. Very easy to understand the code book. Not just pass the test.

Obvious that JADE has sold, not the same company I have been dealing with for many many years. (Sad) Chances are this will not even be read by a human but technology. (1) Took forever to submit credit hours to ncbec. (2) Online tests are challenging to navigate and must listen to entire video before entering questions. (3) you have a limited time to take the online tests (4) you have to pay for the online tests upfront. (5) when calling to speak with someone they were not from the United States of America.

Easy and fast CEH. I know the majority of electricians in GA are not licensed and dont do CEH but I proudly am a State GA Board Licensed Electriclal Contractor. I do require yearly learning and Jade is at the top of their game with courses avail and ease of setting up and using their many courses. I also am ICC E2,M1,P1 inspector I wish ICC would allow these to link to our CEH I need for those, and since we're on the subject, my OSHA inspector hours should allow us to use Jades course also. I didn't like that u have to go threw each individual test nd pass in order to move to another test. I needed help on calculation side nd I was no able to make it their when thats all I needed to study

You changed your name of company and didn’t inform your clients and had to call to rescend my information into state of Florida for license renewal
