Liked the course. You need to work on keeping track of courses already taken. I ended up having two take two courses because the first one I had already taken. Then you didn't send the information to the State Board till the last minute. I was literally sweating woried I wasn't going to receive my Liscense.

Jade learning was my first pic for continuing education in the 1980s as a first time electrician. It was great then and now in 2026 I have renewed my license once again, the process was simple the questions were simple and to the point they didn't try to loose you or trick you with long drawn out paragraphs what I mean is this is not a reading contest or a information retention exam get to the point and answer. No extra questions that don't count towards your grade. I felt coferible and relaxed and confident of my answer very good learning and I would recommend there learning system to any individual or corporation. The jade learning center is a first class organization that keeps tradesmen on top of their field of interest and certified capable of handling anything presented to you by your employer.

I use your testing platform every year since 2010. When I passed, my master license are used learning each year for my CE's. I can study on my own pace. Find it to be a very good learning tool I've referred several people that encourage them to use Jade learning for CE apprentice

your redesign of the site make it impossible for old customers to log in

The scope of work was fine. The problem was with the test itself. You couldn’t keep the test questions and multiple choice answers open while reading the reference material to choose the correct answer. I wound up taking a picture with my phone of the questions so I can view it while looking for the correct answer.

The course on solar installation was very through from theory to in-the-weeds about code variations. Surprised that the narrative went that deep since the questions were very base oriented.
Since CEUs are a requirement, I usually look for NEC updates or revisions, then choose a newer added section where I need to improve my knowledge. I found the solar interesting and informative, and even though the Jade format has changed over the years they have maintained a good balance between content and value.

Fusion shift BLOWS!
After the shift to fusion, any and all ability see license information that was store previously has been removed.
That was a feature that I would like to see make a come back.
Code is dry, we all know it. The fusion shift has made it even more so. The way the courses are presented now make it that much more dry.
I have utilized Jade learning for almost ten years. I miss the old features, the newer presentation of my account, what's in it, and the drier training has done nothing to make me want to stay.
One shining, redeeming value is an employee named R. Tyson. This individual has been my single point of contact with Jade since my introduction to the company. This person alone has kept me as a customer. When this person leaves, I will be gone too.
