I was very impressed with the class instructor. He was most knowledgeable and conducted the class in an informative and entertaining manner. The hours went quickly leaving most of us wishing it to go on longer.

This is a much more difficult update than previous versions. I enjoy taking my time and spreading out the days to digest and understand code changes. It's much easier for me online.

Absolutely the worst
Absolutely the worst. They advertise not paying before you complete and yet I was charged immediately. I tried reaching customer support and had no luck multiple days trying. Finally had to call my bank to challenge the charge and after weeks it was finally returned back without any explanation or apology for not getting back to my many emails. Do not use this service. I won’t mention the name of the service I used instead but was cheaper, quicker, and got my license within weeks. Again, do not use Jade Learning.

I have used Jade Learning for years
I have used Jade Learning for years. I always liked them. They got bought out by another company. They are completely different in every way. I don’t like the new format. I especially dislike that the course has a deadline to finish.

I have been a licensed Electrician for over 55 years and when I started in the trade it was difficult to find people to give classes and training. That was before computers, but now most states require continuing education, and I always use JADE Learning because I like the way they present the information and you can review it as much as you need too.

I had an issue with my dates and I was being charged a late fee. But I talked to the CSR and they resolved the issue right away.
