Its been several months since I used it, but what I do remember is the other Jade system was better. I wish I could remember and pin point it for you. I already told a couple of associates that I will be looking for a new program.

I would give 0 stars if I could the original Jade learning was something special, the best place to practice and hone electrical skills. This last time I paid for access I felt scammed and couldn’t recommend using someone else any more. What a truly horrible experience yall have created. I’d like to add that their reply is utter garbage they have always functioned on a paid for temporary access basis. I’m strictly talking about the quality of information and the structure of their new course.

It took me sometime to figure out the new format but I was able to complete out, not super happy about limiting the amount of time to complete the course before you would be required to pay more money. Overall still a nice way to get up to date on your CEU’s

I was only required to do 24 hours of CE but to get thru the 3- 8 hour classes took easily 40 hours.
Very informative but seemed a bit long.

A++ Jade
I'm not sure if Rachel Tyson is a real person but she has helped me through all of my different state's CEUs and their reciprocity agreements. Without her I would be so lost. She helped me through every step with great communication and patience. If you see this Rachel, thank you!!!
As far as the classes Jade provides they are all self paced so they can be fit into busy schedules which is very nice. I've used Jade for the past few code cycles and will continue using them. I will say when they switched to a new database it was kind of a pain in the a** but after that all got sorted out the site is back to being a seamless learning tool.
I recommend Jade to all of my fellow journeymen coworkers for their Electrical CEUs!

The classes were easy to navigate, informative and easy to understand. Prefer this new setup for learning and reviewing. Rachel was on top of all my needs for multiple license renewals, responded in a timely fashion and made everything flow perfectly.

It is ridiculous to put a required time to take the course. I finished 30 minutes before the required time but had to sit in front of the computer till time was up. I wasted time I could have been working. I will be looking for alternatives. The company that took over Jade doesn't seem to care.

Thanks to jade learning, I passed my journeymen electrical exam!
Jade learning help a lot in navigating thru the code book, have practice questions related to the exam, and helps understand certain questions that were a little tricky to understand in the code book. The only thing I am not a big fan of jade learning is having to pay monthly to reuse the practice courses but all in all its definitely helpful !
