Change of mind was no sweat and accommodated!

I helped my son pick out his now fiancés engagement ring. After placing the order, we saw a different diamond that caught our eye. I got in touch with customer service within the hour and asked if we could switch out the diamond that was originally ordered. They accommodated, communicated via email very clearly about the exchange, order number, etc. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their help to make my son’s special purchase more amazing. Thank you!

Upgraded my 1ct JA ring to this beauty.

Upgraded my 1ct to this H VS2 ex ex Natural Heart Brilliant diamond. I shipped off the old ring on Nov 19 and received this beauty on Dec 27! Since the diamond is magnified x10 on the site it actually exceeded expectations when I saw it in person. I wanted to swap the prongs to platinum claw prongs, they only charged me an additional $200. I am super happy with the results and I love the cathedral setting which allows any wedding band to sit flush!
