I received a very quick email response to my email stating that I’m interested in the DON position just posted. Jennie directed me to apply for the position right away in the company website which I did.
I'm an avionics instructor at an aviation maintenance college. Our college is part of Miami-Dade County Public Schools, we also try to find internships or full-time jobs for students that completed or are about to complete the avionics program. We are also interested in MROs (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) shops and local companies in the Miami area and suburbs.
Having said the above, I believe Jennie Johnson does an excellent job. Though, I'd like to see more jobs in the avionics field, including jobs for flight simulator technicians, I give Jennie Johnson five stars.
You need to have enough information about the availability of job postings before posting them to the public for applications.
Also, your company or team need to provide more opportunities for job applications relating to the one-off payment of $15.
As I have said. None of the jobs are real..waste of time. Sorry..even ones that say they are 2 days old. Most are over 30 days old

Thanks for your feedback, we take this info to heart. I sent you a direct email and would love to know more about the jobs that you believe are not real. We work very hard to find and update every job we list and ensure that it's a role currently active. Additionally, we found that many jobs listed as "expired" are actually still open but that the employer is not paying to post it on a job board, the job board is just asking them to pay to keep it listed. Use our company contacts to reach out directly, that's the best method to stand out and get around these "expired" labels.
Current listings, relevant critical review & sane re-write of my resume to "lighten the load" of decades of broad-spectrum work, & not an overload of email traffic.
Before the year 2020, my working experience was steady until I got laid off in 2015 as a senior administrative assistant from healthcare insurance company due to their budgeting. I had to get a contract position as a Document Control Specialist as the new job opportunity in the construction field. I have learned a lot about this field and want to continue specializing in it. I have worked successfully at WSP USA, Kiewit Corporation, Hudson Yard Construction, and Hill International, Inc. as a contractor for six months to two years.
Even though my resume is robust, I want to remain in the title role. However, there are various fields with the same title. Also, keywords in the recruiter's systems picked up that I have no experience with in pharma, for example.

Thanks for your feedback. While we also see that some roles show as "expired" on certain job boards, the majority of the time those jobs are still accepting applications but they are just no longer paying to sponsor the role on that job board. Given tight budgets, a job board will give a free listing but then take it down after a day and push the employer to pay for it to stay "active". This is why we give multiple ways to apply, including the direct careers page when possible and give company contacts to reach out to directly. I can understand your frustration, but I would also encourage you to still chase down the role if it seems like a great fit.
