Good product
Poor customer service on Email.
I’ve had an issue with one of the items I bought and have emailed at least twice with no response to resolve my issue. It’s not just about the product but the customer service.

Motorhome cleaning
Great price and great item. Roof now sparkling and not done for over a year so a bit green. Did mix a strong solution in a spray bottle and leave for 10 minutes but then washed roof and sides with properly mixed amount and all grime came straight off. Will be buying again when I run out.

Weed killer
I was sceptic at first but after using the weed killer with the spray container proved to be an eye opener I've purchased twice now for home and at my holiday home, will purchased some more weed killer to manage the area I need too.
Will use again

Latest Jennychem starter pack with shampoo.
This is the second time I have purchased a starter pack from Jennychem. This time a car shampoo was substituted for the snow foam which in my opinion is a far superior product when using a jet wash. The shampoo doesn’t foam very well and I use far more than is directed by the instructions given. The drying mitt is also 25% smaller than the first. I’d like to see the snow foam back in the pack. Don’t think I’ll use the shampoo.
