Have you taken a close look at our website? We do not offer next-day delivery services at all; the shipping fee you paid covers only standard shipping. Furthermore, we have clearly indicated the processing and shipping times for our products: items require 2–5 days for processing and 7–12 days for shipping. Your package was delivered exactly on time.

Misleading images – not as described
I would strongly advise caution when ordering from this company. The vase I received was significantly smaller than the product images suggest. While dimensions were technically listed, the photos used on the website (including images of the item being held in two hands) give a very misleading impression of the actual size.

EDIT: the package arrived and very happy with the necklace so i gave it 4 stars. The customer service was great and got in touch and have solved the issue. Very disappointed. Order a necklace a good few weeks ago as it promised to be here in time for Mother's Day. Now I havent got anything for my mum and looks like im going to have to get something for her in this short notice. Won't be shopping with Jessemade again. Such a shame as it looks like its has lovely items and I would have bought more.
