What people say

Good for frequent flyers

I frequently travel between Los Angeles and Houston, and the instant booking feature has quickly become my go-to option. While prices can fluctuate occasionally, the convenience and ease of booking make up for it. Overall, it’s a reliable service that makes arranging flights simple and stress-free.

Never using them again.

At the beginning you think it’s professional, as soon as you have paid it all goes down hill from there. I regret using this broker. They changed the airport FBO and plane at the last minute without advising. No catering, wrong airport, luggage wouldn’t fit on the plane and all they do is argue about it. I had to pay double for transport, didn’t receive the catering I paid for and squashed onto a plane that didn’t fit the luggage they promised. Never again.

Hello Leanne, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. After a review of your account history and correspondence with the crew and operator, we believe it's important to provide some additional context for future travelers. Your charter was booked on a heavily discounted midsize aircraft after our team spent several days sourcing options that would fit the budget you requested, despite market pricing being substantially higher. Throughout the booking process, we confirmed the aircraft, pricing, and itinerary with you before travel. Regarding the FBO, private aviation operates differently than commercial airlines. FBO changes occasionally occur due to parking availability, operational requirements, fuel logistics, or airport restrictions. By law, these decisions are made by the operating carrier, not Jettly, and updated trip sheets are issued whenever operational changes occur. We encourage all passengers (via SMS and email alerts) to review the most recent trip sheet before departure, as it contains the current FBO, aircraft registration, and operator contact information. With respect to catering, the order was placed directly with Air Culinaire through their independent ordering platform rather than through Jettly. Once we learned the catering had been delivered to the original FBO, our team immediately contacted both the operator and Air Culinaire in an effort to redirect the order before departure. Unfortunately, the aircraft could not be delayed long enough for the transfer to occur. Unfortunately, because the catering order was outside our booking workflow, we were only made aware of the issue shortly before departure and attempted to coordinate a last-minute transfer, but there was insufficient time before the aircraft departed. If the catering order had been placed through Jettly, any operational changes—including FBO changes, departure updates, or other logistical adjustments—would have been automatically communicated to the catering provider as part of our integrated dispatch process. In this case, however, the catering was arranged directly by you with the catering company and managed independently of Jettly, meaning those automated operational notifications were not available to the catering provider. On the baggage concern, the Hawker 800XP that was booked is a midsize aircraft with approximately 48-50 cubic feet of baggage capacity. Your passenger manifest listed seven full-size suitcases, and the flight crew advised that during loading, additional luggage beyond the submitted manifest was also brought to the aircraft. As a result, the available baggage compartment was exceeded. We certainly understand how frustrating operational changes can be, particularly when traveling with family. However, the aircraft operated safely, the charter was completed as contracted, and our team remained available throughout the day to assist as circumstances evolved. We appreciate your business and wish you and your family many safe travels in the future. — The Jettly Team

If you're annoyed by Jettly's spam

If you're annoyed by Jettly's spam, all you have to do is submit a detailed request that lists more than just one destination, and you'll stop receiving any more information and won't have to wait for an offer. I've been waiting for an offer for over a week. Oh yeah... I mentioned in the comment that I would, of course, also check with 2-3 other providers. And now the annoying spam starts coming in!!!!!

STEER CLEAR of this company.

As soon as you put your information in, they will send out your phone and contact to many many people. You will start receiving calls - who knows if it's from a legit aircraft or not. Some of the calls I received didn't even know where I was going. I suspect some are SPAM and sign up to get info from this company. If you book a flight with one of these unknown people and they take your credit card number, who knows if you would actually have a scheduled flight. I would STEER CLEAR of this company. There are better companies out there. I would suggest FXAir. I'm sorry I looked elsewhere. Edit: After writing this review, Jettly contacted me saying they would sue me if I did not remove the review. I would highly caution using this service. I inquired with both Mercury Jets and FXAir - both of which were professional and respectful. Jettly says I should report any calls that aren't legit. It's not my responsibility to make sure they send my number to legit businesses. I received an excessive number of calls, emails and texts within 24 hours of entering my information. The real issue here is Jettly bombarding clients with unwanted calls and texts and not disclosing that they will do so, and then threatening legal action when people are upset. This is likely why they don't have more negative reviews than they already have. 33% of their reviews are 1 star. You don't have to believe mine - just read the others.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to take a moment to clarify some inaccuracies in your statement. Jettly does not sell, distribute, or share customer contact information with third parties. When a flight request is submitted—such as your inquiry for travel from Sarasota to Turks and Caicos on March 28th—our team follows up directly to assist with your booking. These follow-ups are a standard part of our service to ensure clients receive accurate flight options and support. If you received calls from sources claiming to be affiliated with us but lacking details of your trip, we encourage you to report them, as we take customer privacy seriously. Additionally, we note that your review recommends FXAir, a competing company, which may present a conflict of interest. We value honest and fair feedback, and if there was any misunderstanding regarding your experience, we’d be happy to discuss it further. JETTLY'S RESPONSE TO THE PUBLISHERS EDITED REVIEW: At Jettly, we are committed to transparency, professionalism, and compliance with all consumer protection laws. In response to a misleading and defamatory review posted by Ms. Ellis, we wish to provide clarity to the public regarding her claims and our policies. Jettly Does Not Share Customer Contact Information Jettly has a strict privacy policy and does not sell, distribute, or share customer information with third parties. Any claim suggesting that we "send out" customer phone numbers or emails to unknown entities is categorically false. All Calls and Communications Are a Direct Result of Customer-Initiated Inquiries When a user submits a flight request, our team follows up to provide available options and support. This is a standard service process in the private aviation industry. Ms. Ellis submitted a flight inquiry for a trip from Sarasota to Turks and Caicos, and our team contacted her to assist with that request. Characterizing these service-related calls as spam is misleading. Jettly Operates in Compliance with Consumer Laws We do not engage in unauthorized telemarketing or excessive solicitation. If a customer wishes to opt out of communication, we honor those requests promptly. A Cease and Desist Notice Was Sent Due to Defamatory Statements Ms. Ellis’ review contains false claims that directly harm Jettly’s reputation, including suggestions of fraudulent activity and security risks. Her updated review continues to spread misinformation by falsely stating that Jettly threatened a lawsuit simply for leaving a negative review. In reality, we pursued a cease and desist letter due to demonstrably false and defamatory statements, which misrepresent our business practices and cause reputational harm, which we believe were made with intent to discredit our company while promoting a competitor. We encourage constructive criticism and honest feedback, but spreading false information with the intention of damaging a business is legally actionable. Jettly remains dedicated to providing ethical, customer-focused private aviation services, and we will continue to protect our reputation from defamatory statements.
