I have parked here twice now and it has…
I have parked here twice now and it has been easy and reliable every time. We have had no issues. The staff is friendly. They help with your bags. You call once you get your bags from baggage claim and they will pick you up within 15 minutes. Your car is waiting for you upon return.
Not a good experience.
We had not had problems in the past, but this time was very different. Dropping the car off at the start of our trip was no problem. However, upon return, once I had our luggage, I called the number given and no one answered. I tried twice to the same result. I then tried the emergency number given on the receipt, and again no one answered. The third call to the base number was answered though the associate was very busy and took a while to get my information for pick up. The pickup took a bit over half an hour. When we got to the lot, my car was not ready.

I have been using JFK Long Term Parking for yrs. They always have spaces and always pick you up and drop you off to your terminals. Unlike other parking garages they have space and don't have to park in crazy ways. I has gotten busy over the yrs the price is getting out of control but still place to be trusted with your automobile.
