Arbor automatically monitors my electric rate, saving me the chore of doing so. They also keep in constant contact, letting you know that your rate is the best in the region. If it's not, they'll email, telling you they're changing suppliers. Their customer service is terrific, too. I've recommended Arbor to friends and Arbor rewarded me for each person who signed up. They are a terrific organization! I cannot say enough about them.

Arbor has been responsive but my contract expires in 4 days and I have not received a new carrier recommendation.

When a rate plan wraps up, we only switch you to a new fixed-rate plan if it's genuinely better, and sometimes the utility's default rate is actually the safest place to land while the market settles. 🌳 We're still watching closely for a stronger rate plan to switch you too and will keep you posted every step of the way.

The sign up was easy and they were able to find a cheaper energy supplier fairly quickly! There was minimal input needed from me and they've kept me updated about the entire situation. I'm about to switch providers again and it's just seamless. I saved a good amount of time and money using Arbor. I did have to reach out to customer service for an issue connecting my account, but they responded promptly.

They said they would lower my rate and they did. I went from 18 cents a KW to 12 cents a KW. So far they do what they say.
