I'm a new customer, we haven't known each other long. I'm trusting you to help me manage a significant percentage of my monthly expenses. I feel a bit at risk. Olive's message said, in essence, 'glad we could help, please call whenever we can help.' I believe she meant it. I also got the impression she believed in the firm, and was proud of her daily contribution. That only happens when the employee is treated as well as the customer. That's where customer service begins... or ends. Too many employers don't realize that and wonder why the people they hired to serve customers don't have their hearts in it. This new customer now has increased confidence in the decision he made to work with ARBOR. I don't know how either ARBOR or I could get any more out of those few words Olive and I exchanged.
