When my old contract expired, the Arbor system automatically transferred me back to the local utility until Arbor could find a better price. Arbor found the better price a short time later, and again I had to do nothing. I just sat, back, relaxed and enjoyed the savings. No daily research required on my part to find a good rate. No worries, and Arbor guarantees they will switch me back to a lower rate when this contract expires.

Ten-star customer service! Since our electric service provider has offered a choice of suppliers, the list of options has grown so long that it is impossible to read the fine print for each one (125 on the latest list). Arbor has taken a huge task off my hands! I sent an email with a question today and almost immediately had a response with answers, explanations, advice and instructions. Within a couple hours I was all set up and am confident that Arbor has my back.
