Zero diligence

Zero diligence. Told the np of my back ground of IBS. She said to watch but still prescribed me 100 mg progesterone. In the form that most likely will rip up your gastro system. I complained of pain and she insisted I suck it up for 3 more weeks. I later look up this NP and her background. No expertise in the field still trying to find her license - she’s not even listed on their website. This company is trying to get women to make their recurring revenue goals.

I cannot praise MIDI Health enough…

I cannot praise MIDI Health enough given how amazing the care has been since day one. Their medical professionals are top rate, but most importantly, they seem to actually care about my health issues and have always listened to my questions before devising a wellness plan with me. I have used other telehealth companies in the past and was a little reluctant to try MIDI as so often telehealth is a lot less useful than in-person medical visits. I am very thankful I gave them a try, as I honestly would pass up my in-person medical visits without hesitation for my MIDI professionals. I wish more medical professionals were as compassionate and comprehensive as the MIDI professionals I have encountered.

It was very simple to start the process with Midi and schedule an appointment. My provider was very friendly and informative and listened to me. I was so scared to do this visit but was so relieved when finished as all my concerns were addressed and my treatment plan that I had hoped for was started! Highly recommend this Telehealth company for women's needs!

I’ve had the best experience hands down!

I feel both seen and heard from my clinician, Barbara Brown. She listens to all my mental/emotional and physical issues and I’ve never felt more at ease with my healthcare journey. I haven’t felt this good in years and it’s helped my marriage tremendously! I just had my third appointment and honestly, I actually look FORWARD to them!!!

HRT mill

The first consultation is a waste. It is just to get you to the right person. I already had testosterone levels checked and she said I would be seen by a NP that could prescribe testosterone. She had not looked at any of the information before the appointment. She said we were all set. We hung up. She later sent me a message that MIDI needed another test. She said she sent it to the lab. The lab she sent it to was very far away. This all could have bees avoided if she took two seconds to review my labs. I’m still trying to get the lab sent to a closer lab or for her to send it to me. This is not high standard quality care. But it’s about the only way right now to get testosterone. So be prepared for NP that justs run through the drill and doesn’t know anything.

Best decision I ever made

My Midi clinicians are the third set of providers I tried to seek help with for peri/ menopausal issues. Their level of expertise, compassion, and thoughtfulness is simply unmatched. Now that I’m a year into my care with them, I see that the unique, personalized treatment requires frequent check-ins to make adjustments and ensure proper support along the journey. I would not have such good quality of life if it were not for the amazing care I get from my phenomenal Midi providers!

Finding MIDI was a relief

Finding MIDI and talking with the provider on my first visit was such a great experience. She was knowledgeable, she listened and I felt understood as well as relieved. I now have real hope for relief of my perimenopause symptoms.

My clinician was FANTASTIC

My clinician was FANTASTIC. She prepared for the appointment by carefully reading my intake forms and actually doing research, so that she could answer my most pressing questions and help with my concerns. She was knowledgeable, kind, and reassuring, and I left the appointment feeling like I had a good, research-based plan for my exercise and nutrition routine. And it literally took less than 30 minutes for her to clear up weeks of confusion, from trying to do my own research and sort through all the information and misinformation out there.

I felt heard

My NP did not try to explain why my symptoms were occurring. She just listened. And I felt heard. The pre appt questionnaire was detailed and thorough.

I finally felt like I had someone who took the time to listen to my concerns & come up with a game plan to help. Hoopes provided great feedback. I look forward to making future appointments with her & I’m excited to gain some normalcy back in my life.

Ghosted after first appointment

Ghosted after first appointment! I was really hoping it would go differently but had my speculations. Should have trusted my gut. She ordered a $1500 blood test (that I obviously can not afford) and when I notified her and asked what to do next…. Nothing. It’s been over a week. All I wanted was to get on HRT. Instead I’m out $250 and have been completely ignored. I will not be using them any further.

I will not be a returning client to…

I will not be a returning client to Midi Health. I met with a provider for my initial appointment. I explained how awful I had been feeling, anxious, and confused. The provider listened to my concerns and then advised me to see my primary care doctor so they can run labs. Meanwhile, before the appointment, I submitted all personal information, including my local pharmacy and nearest lab. Why I did this is beyond me since the provider did not order any labs for me, only insisted my pcp order them. I left the appointment feeling disappointed and right back to where I started in the first place. When I reached out to customer support, Maggie, the customer support specialist, replied to my concerns saying that my care appointment had been reviewed and deemed appropriate. As a result, they cannot reimburse me for my appointment; however, she offered another complimentary visit with another provider. I immediately declined. If the first appointment was “reviewed” and deemed adequate by Midi Health, I know Midi Health is absolutely not for me. It seems Midi Health sets the bar very low when it comes to quality care. I found another telehealth provider and could not be happier. Look around. Midi Health is pushed on social media by these influencers for a reason. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had such a wonderful experience with…

I had such a wonderful experience with my provider at Midi Health. After struggling with so many perimenopause symptoms, it was incredibly validating to finally feel heard and understood. She never made me feel like my symptoms were “all in my head.” Instead, she listened with compassion and reassured me that what I was experiencing was real. She was warm, caring, and even shared a bit of her own journey, which made me feel even more comfortable and less alone. I especially appreciated that she never pressured me into additional testing that I wasn’t comfortable with. She gave me her professional medical opinion, explained her recommendations clearly, and then respected my decision without any pressure. That meant so much to me. She also took the time to thoroughly explain why she was prescribing a particular treatment so I felt informed and confident in the plan. When we found out my insurance wouldn’t cover it, she was more than happy to adjust the prescription and even scheduled a follow-up appointment right away so it wasn’t one more thing I had to remember. It’s rare to find a provider who is both knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate. I would highly recommend my provider and Midi Health to anyone navigating perimenopause or menopause. Feeling heard, respected, and supported makes all the difference.

MIDI understands menopause and peri menopause

I have been using MIDI for almost a year now. They understand women's needs in menopause and don't brush off symptoms as part of aging and something we must endure. Easy to get appointments and they answer messages and put in your medications so quickly. And the follow up is the key. They make sure what has been prescribed is working for you. I have recommended them to many friends and we all feel they have been life changing.

Life saver

Midi has been a life saver and i mean that in the most literal way. After listening to my symptoms my provider started me on HRT. She didnt need blood work to know I needed help. After a few months we got the dose jist where it needs to be and my whole life has changed for the better. The only problem left was the perimenopausel weight gain. So then my provider started me on a smeaglutide. Wow! I'm really starting to feel and look like myself. Im actually looking forward to the future! Thank you Emily and Midi!

Initial appoinment great the rest full of disappointment

My initial appointment we great. I was diagnosed with perimenopause (that I've been fighting for over the last 6 years). I got a prescription for .0375mg Estradiol Patch and .35mg Norethindrone. After 6 weeks and my 15 minutes follow up I told my clinician that the small benefits I saw have slowly started to regress and I'm where I was before the hormones. With symptoms getting worse on days 2 and 3 of the patch. My clinician is over here googling 1 symptom insisting on either lowering my estrogen dose or asking why can't I just go back on the birth control I was on before where I was having intense menopause symptoms like hot flashes. She then focused on all these natural supplements and hinted that until I've had these symptoms for 3-6 months she wouldn't raise my estrogen patch. After our visit I got a text for all these supplements for me to purchase through Midi's partner full script. So much for a menopause focused company. I now need to try yet another doctor to help me with this.
