The frames I ordered without lenses were too big I asked to return and I got a weird “we’ll give you 20% back if you buy another pair” offer Just let your customers return frames with no hassle. Or warn in big letters: “before you hit order, please be warned there are no returns”

I returned the first pair I ordered due to no fault of Jollynova, the glasses I’d chosen, though high quality, were not right for me. Their customer service made it easy for me to return the glasses and exchange them for a different pair.
