I’m so happy I decided to try Jones Road WTFoundation. I have been avoiding makeup altogether for a very long time because of my aging and drying skin. I used to have oily skin, but as I got older, that went away and now my skin is always dry. Makeup never looked how I wanted it to, dewy, so I gave up altogether. Now I love how my face looks with some foundation on! It’s got a natural glow to it. Additionally, I bought two shades to make sure I got the right color match. The return process for the one that didn’t match was surprisingly easy and I was refunded within 24 hours. I look forward to becoming a long term customer of Bobbi Brown’s new company, Jones Road Beauty!

I love the products I ordered. The serum is amazing making my skin feels firm and refreshed. I love the roller ball, a great idea for this product. The miracle balms now in a compact are excellent especially for travelling. The face power provides great coverage and really compliments the foundation. Love the products that I’ve used but they take days to even process a simple order and there’s no communication. Then every time, about a week after being told the order is finally ‘enroute’, I receive a robotic email, warning me of an unexpected delay. Every time! The order has usually already arrived or arrives the next day. It’s very odd. I’m not sure I believe any of the five star reviews claiming good Customer Service, are genuine. Customer service feels like AI. *Update: It happened again! My latest order eas delivered and 9 hours later, that email landed!! “Courtney here from the Customer Experience team at Jones Road Beauty! I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to start by thanking you for placing an order with JRB. Your support means the world to us and we’re thrilled to have you a part of our community. I’m reaching out to notify you that your order has been stalled in shipment and its arrival will be slightly delayed. This is completely unacceptable and I want to apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working internally to identify the root cause of the problem at hand and resolve it as quickly as possible. Please continue to keep an eye on your inbox as we’ll continue to send you more information on the status of your package. I appreciate your patience and understanding more than you know”. Courtney can’t be a real person! No one could be so consistently oblivious. Their PR is so automated. That’s my biggest disappointment. Bobbie is just a corporate machine now 😢..more than you know🙄
