I would give Jones Road Beauty a zero rating, if that was possible. This is because that's exactly what I received from them. My shipments never arrived and I couldn't get anyone in their "customer service" to respond to my inquiries. No refund, no completed order, no help whatsoever.

I just really like these products

I just really like these products. I like that they are cruelty free and that they compliment older skin without caking in makeup. Also their customer service is really good. Jones Road has my business.

I decided to try the foundation stick looking for coverage but not a heavy, dry look. I was pleasantly surprised by the good coverage and the glowiness of it. I will definitely buy again.

Just nothing received, although promptly charged. I needed for a Thu-Sun event ordered well in advance. But nothing. Will be going to Sephora for now on. Very disappointed

Overall a very positive experience

3 orders. One arrived.

Love the products. The delivery experience is a different story. When you order: no shipment or delivery tracking after checkout. You pay and then hear nothing. 3 orders in the past months. Only one arrived. My last order was 24 May, payment confirmed via PayPal. Six weeks later, still no product and no communication. Tried customer service. There's an email address, but no reply. Great brand. Genuinely. But fulfilment and communication need serious work.

Two years in...

Two years in, and Jones Road is still my absolute go-to for daily skincare. What The Foundation is just right for my fair skin because it tames redness and evens out my tone, all while staying incredibly hydrating. The face pencil, eyebrow pencil, and Miracle Balm also tick all the boxes for a perfect routine. I recently ordered the Just Enough Tinted Moisturizer and Your Skin Foundation Stick and can't wait to add them to the mix.

Wonderful products & service

I have now used the tinted moisturizer foundation, what the foundation, and the miracle balm and can say that these products are incredible. I’m 52 years old and the products give me such a youthful look-no settling in my “happy” lines like so many other products. I highly recommend. Also, a tiny error occurred with the shipping of one of my products and customer service responded within an hour and corrected the error and sent the missing product the same day.

Jones Road Customer Service

I was unhappy with the color of my new jar of WTF. It was darker than previous jars and too dark for my pale skin. Emily explained about slight differences in color that can occur in mineral cosmetics and offered a refund or credit, whichever I prefer. In the meantime I had tried mixing my new WTF with another lighter shade that I already owned. The result was very close to the shade I had expected, so I decided to keep the new jar and continue mixing the 2 shades myself. The product itself is great and I have been happy with the foundation for years. It's light and natural looking and keeps my skin looking fresh all day. Emily's thoughtful and kind response led to my fixing the issue and keeping the product.

Horrible Customer Service & Endless…

Horrible Customer Service & Endless Delay Tactics – Avoid! I placed an order nearly two months ago, and it has been an absolute nightmare ever since. First, Jones Road Beauty sent the completely wrong products. When I notified them, they claimed they shipped a replacement. I never received it. After weeks of trying to get a response regarding the missing replacement, they finally replied apologizing for the delay, claiming they couldn't track the shipment, and promised to send a second replacement. Unbelievably, that second replacement never arrived either. Weeks turned into months. Frustrated with the endless excuses, I finally emailed them demanding a full refund. True to form, they ignored my message until 2:30 AM this morning, sending a vague email claiming the refund was already issued and telling me to "check with my bank." I still have no products and no refund in my account. Going on two months later, I am still empty-handed. Their delay tactics feel entirely intentional. This is easily the worst, most unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered. Save your money and your sanity—avoid this company.
