Great tool for managing internship applications
Jotform has been a very helpful tool for managing internship applications and building an early recruiting pipeline as our organization grows. The drag-and-drop builder makes it easy to create professional, structured forms quickly without needing technical support, and the customization options allow us to tailor applications for different candidate groups.

Helpful Free AI Chat Tool for Handling Customer Questions
I’ve been using Jotform for a while and recently tried their AI Agents feature to help handle customer questions on my website. I sell customized products online, and customers often ask about design changes, customization options, and shipping timelines. The AI chat helps answer many of these questions instantly through live chat, which saves me time and allows visitors to get information even when I’m not immediately available.
Setup was straightforward and it was easy to train the AI with information about my products so it can provide more relevant responses.
One thing that could improve is having reusable response templates or macros for when a human needs to continue the conversation. The AI can already provide most of the information, but templates would make it easier to quickly respond if support takes over. I’d also like to see the interface become a bit more modern and polished.
Overall it’s been a helpful tool for reducing repetitive customer questions on my site.

This company has chosen to offer no real customer support. They have an AI agent that is not equipped to handle technical issues and will lie to you about a live agent coming. Then later after you have been waiting hours the AI will admit there was never a live agent coming. So you are stuck in the same useless circle of the same wrong answers that get you no where, only give up and find a different company after hours of form building. The forms were working, so don't think it was just user error in not knowing how the platform works. They were going along fine and then just stopped submitting forms to users or us, so the data was just floating out there in no mans land, well in Jotform, but you had to log in to find it and didn't know it was there to find.

Jotform is the easiest form building tool out there
Jotform is the easiest, and most simple, form building tool i have found for creating forms. Its design is easy to understand and all its features(at least on the free plan) are sufficient for almost anyone. Their website has helped me create a form i needed to make urgently and made the whole process feel less stressful and chaotic. In addition its also really cool to be able to easily edit design elements of the form so that it actually looks appealing to the eye rather than that black and white forms that most free web providers offer. Overall, i would rate almost 5/5. However the only downside is the potential limit on however many forms you can have and how many submissions can be completed each month. However there are ways, and good ones, to increase these limits for free.
