Ridiculous,bought shorts then needed to pay £10 for extra shipping eventhough I already payed £5 in the first place now I can’t cancel my order and have just lost out on £25

⸻ I paid in full for my order, but shortly after, I was asked to pay an unreasonably high shipping fee. Because of that, I decided to cancel the order. To this day, I haven’t received a refund to my credit card, and no one is responding to my messages. Very disappointing and unprofessional — this is not how customer service should be handled.

Don’t bother , scamming company waiting forever for a refund so disputed it with the bank, ordered a second pair of shoes in the correct size they restricted my account because I opened a dispute so they have 2 lots of money and I’ve got no shoes , scamming company would not bother and customer service is useless
