A high performance machine at an unreal price point. Easy to order and great customer service. I had a question about shipping after purchase and I had a quick response. It arrived quickly and was very quick to assemble. Attach the front wheel and handlebar, good to go. This bike is hands down the best value on the market for a moto style ebike. The uphill power is super impressive. 3-year warranty is icing on the cake. I bought a second bike without hesitation after riding my initially purchased bike.

Wow! Great customer service!

Wow! What outstanding customer service (with an actual human) and response time! Had an issue with the motor making a funny noise, they requested a video of the noise and a few pics of the serial number and other numbers on the bike and that was it. They ordered a new part immediately and it’s on its way. They even offed to have it professionally installed covered by warranty. Could not be happier with this company! Ordering another bike for my other son simply for the ease it took to resolve an issue. Would recommend 1000 times over!!

Entire experience is 5 stars. Shipping took five days. Assembly was easy. And the bike is phenomenal. Just enough speed for my first ebike. Build quality is sweet and the ride is smooth. I got Coconut Juice and the dual suspension feels like I'm riding on marshmallows. Clutch. Thanks Juiced!!

Juised Bikes has produced a new "Rambler" that is both great value and accomplished, and a fantastic e-bike. I don't regret spending the money for a great product and support team. Juised has come back with a vengeance and should be proud of its new accomplishments. The 3-year warranty and delivery service is top-line! Go ebike and Juised!

No support from new owners

2 - 52V batteries are dead from previous company. Contacted new owners who said they couldn't help. They're more interested in selling you a new bike. There's no way that I would buy anything from them, if that's the kind of customer support they offer. How complicated is it to replace batteries on the older models? It they won't support the older Juiced Bike models, then they shouldn't be called Juice Bikes

Crashed it into the back of a car

This is my first ever e-bike, and I would hands-down say that it is worth the money. I live in a very bikeable city, and this thing has been my little ripper that I use to get to work, the park, the grocery store, and just about anywhere in my city that I want to go. The fact that it looks sick is just an added bonus I was riding to the gym today when I crashed it into the back of a car, and it had very minimal damage, to my surprise. This thing can handle more than I can throw at it, which gives me a layer of mental security that many other bikes could not deliver. Overall I'm expecting this bike to last a very long time, and I am satisfied with my decision. (My girlfriend even got one too)

The range on the battery is amazing and the brakes are really good. Still waiting on the free nameplate for about 3 weeks now though.

My whole experience with juiced bikes has been excellent. From when I first purchased the e-bike through their website with ease to when I reached out to the company with some extra questions on things. Everyone at juiced bikes was able to get back to me as soon as only a few hours versus other companies that take days. I am extremely pleased and very happy with my purchase through juiced and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new e-bike. I am very happy that juiced is located in the US so whenever I need help they're able to get back to me ASAP and that's great.

Nice bike but a 3 pin charger is junk

The bike is nice and easy to put together. Everything looks tough and the suspension is really good at 5’5 130 lb female , my wife’s bike . What I don’t like is the three prong charger I have to plug in . This is definitely cheaply made and makes no sense why they would make it that way. I can easily see that breaking in the future. That’s the biggest downfall. The charger should’ve been a single pin .
