Great Service
Junova is a perfect compliment for any traveler booking airline tickets. Saved me $1300 on my first flight
Saved me $1300 on my first flight. Service is fantastic - they are really responsive to questions and concerns. My only challenge has been feeling not in control of my itinerary. I think there is maybe more they could do to communicate how they work to assure customers. Everything has worked out just fine, there have just been some discrepancies with what the airline communicates (ex. airline said I'd lost my seat assignment but Junova assured me they maintain seat assignments and even followed up with airline to confirm.) So I've been really happy with the results, but had some anxious moments when it looked like things had changed unintentionally. Overall would definitely recommend!

Junova has made ticket purchasing easier! Less hassle worrying about finding the best price before booking. They have your back and monitor prices for you. Then refund you the difference with only a 20 percent service fee. Highly Recommend.

It was easy to start tracking flights by simply forwarding the confirmation email. I was pleased to get my first flight savings and I look forward to using Junova more in the future. It takes some pressure off “finding the cheapest flight.” The Junova team was professional and responsive to my questions!

Worked exactly as advertised!
I read about this service in a travel newsletter that I get thought it seemed like a great idea. As I had literally just booked 2 trips, I decided to create an account. Within 2 days, I had my first credit! I got the email from the airline, and email from Jonova showing the 20% charge and it shows in my personal dash board. Great idea, I hope they are expanding to more airlines!
