What people say
Junova rebooked me on the wrong flight
UPDATE: I’m increasing my rating because I reached out to the CEO of Junova, who inactivated the tracking of my flight for me and stated that they will ensure that the glitch that happened in my case won’t happen again. I do think that clear instructions on how to stop flight tracking from your dashboard, and how to contact customer service, should be available on the website. But I am grateful for their help in this instance. ******** I received an email from Junova that they had rebooked my flight and saved me money, but when I went in to look, they had rebooked me on a different flight! It was at a much more inconvenient time, so of course it saved money. I had to scramble to rebook my original flight (and that of my companion, because it was on Southwest), which took a lot of time and was stressful, and there is no way to contact Junova customer service or even to get them to stop tracking this flight. I can't have them constantly rebooking this trip on inappropriate flights up until the day of departure - my having to repeatedly rebook will cost me much more money and grey hair in the long run. Please Junova, tell me how to contact you and stop this!

Thank you Lisa. As we discussed, I am very sorry about this. Our promise is to never change your flight details. In this case, WE did not change it, but we did accept a savings that was offered without understanding it would change the flight. We are glad you got back on your original flight and apologize again for this error. We changed protocols to ensure this doesn't ever happen again. Thank you for understanding and sharing your story, and we look forward to finding savings on future flights where the only change is the amount of money increasing in your wallet.

Airfare Monitoring that Actually Works
Super easy to use, and I received the credit just as the company promised. Airline ticket prices are always changing, so it’s great to have a service that monitors them for you and gets the price difference back as credit. Absolutely worth it!

Book air travel with Confidence
Finally, a way to book air travel with confidence that Jonova is working 24/7, behind the scenes to get a lower price. Such a win-win with very little effort.

$150+ Saved in a Day
I sent my flight receipt to Junova, and the very next day I received emails from both United and Junova confirming I’d saved over $150. On the second day, I got notified of even more savings—another ~$15. Incredible. It literally takes me seconds to forward flight receipts, and the returns are outsized. The sign-up process was quick and simple. I’ll admit I was skeptical at first about entering my credit card details, but I went ahead—and I’m glad I did.

It actually works! Junova works as advertised. I saved $60 on my very first flight! The dashboard is simple and intuitive and getting the flight hooked up to Junova was a breeze. I plan to continue using Junova for all future flights. It takes the guess work around trying to buy a flight at the perfect time!
